- The security layer came first; the model layer never got past a stub.

What got built
- Auth: JWT refresh-token rotation backed by Redis, argon2 password hashing and login rate limiting.
- Transport: CSP, HSTS and X-Frame-Options headers.
- Containers: Docker Compose with separate private and public networks and non-root containers.
- Front end: Next.js with a react-three-fiber protein viewer.
Status
Archived the same day it started. The inference endpoint was still a mock that waited and returned a fixed score, and the container build never went green.
