What it does
Rezonyr writes the weekly sprint plan for a small startup team. It builds a knowledge base from uploads, Google Drive folders and Discord channels, chunked, embedded and searched by pgvector cosine distance. It frames the week’s goal with TRIZ, then generates five weekly bets, each with a milestone, a rationale and a mid-week kill switch, drawing on a library of method, risk, stakeholder-role and pattern lenses, from Jobs-to-be-Done to fake-door tests.
Teammates vote Yes, No or Veto through tokenized links, and a refinement pass folds the votes back in. The winning plan is rendered as a .docx sprint plan with a day-by-day critical path, per-person task tables with hours and deadlines, and a risk register.
Under the hood
A TypeScript monorepo (React, Express, Postgres with pgvector) with multi-tenant auth, live pipeline progress over server-sent events, and a Discord bot. It was built AI-first: the specs are written as Claude Code prompts.
